University administrator Lombard is accused of logging on to a chat room online and describing himself as a “perv dad for fun.” The detective who wisely looked into the suspicious screen name says that Lombard admitted to molesting his own adopted son. All this was before allegedly inviting a stranger to travel to North Carolina from another state to statutorily rape his already-molested adopted son.

According to a confidential source (CS) a man using the user name “cooper2” or “cooperse” logged onto an internet-based video chat room. CS saw him perform oral sex on an African-American child under the age of ten. He also performed other acts on the child, which are too obscene to be described in this column.
The user name “cooper2” has now been linked to Frank Lombard, the associate director Duke University’s Center for Health Policy. A second source has now alleged that ‘cooper2′ has confessed to being ‘into incest’ and that he has adopted two African American children.”

A Duke University official has been charged in federal court with offering his 5-year-old adopted son up for sex. Frank Lombard, associate director of the Center for Health Policy, was arrested Wednesday in Raleigh, the FBI said.

An unidentified informant who already faces child porn charges in a different child sex case pointed investigators to Lombard, according to court documents. The informant told investigators he had met Lombard on the Internet four years ago. The informant described in graphic detail how he allegedly observed Lombard molesting an African-American child on four occasions over an Internet video chat service called ______.
The informant said, according to court papers, that Lombard, who is white, said that he lived in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina and that the child was one of two adopted African-Americans in his custody.
Lombard has been charged with attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with a child, punishable by a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. (What? Is that all?!!!! This bastard should get the death penalty)

Lombard allegedly used the adult Internet service to conduct his video chats. According to an affidavit in support of the arrest warrant, the Internet service indicated that Lombard's profile "stated he was interested in "perv fam fun," a reference to "incestuous child molestation".

" The service also told investigators that a customer service complaint had been sent to the company in January 2007. A customer who had chatted with Lombard complained to the company that Lombard said he was "into incest" and had adopted two African-American children, court records said.
A Washington, D.C., police detective who was investigating the case set up undercover chats with someone matching Lombard's description during which the detective says he was invited to fly to Raleigh to have sex with the person's 5- year-old adopted child. In his affidavit, Det. Timothy Palchak wrote that he engaged in a chat with someone using the screen name "FL" who provided nude pictures of himself. The pictures matched Lombard's North Carolina driver's license photo, according to the affidavit.
During the chats, according to the affidavit, "FL" told undercover investigators that he had himself molested his child, whom he adopted as an infant, and that he had allowed others to molest 'his' child*. "FL" stated that "the abuse of the child was easier when the child was too young to talk or know what was happening, but that he had drugged the child with Benadryl during the molestation," Palchak wrote in his affidavit.

* It was not actually his child. He is white, the child is not. The child is a precious African American child who belonged to 2 African American parents, who's child the USA deems as inferior to whites and therefore can be given to savage, male, gay pedophiles to be used, abused and violated at will.

** Lombard had also said that he adopted black children because they are easier to get than white children.

A white, gay Duke University official (the sick b*****d is pictured above) was arrested at his North Carolina home Wednesday (Jul. 1) for selling 'his' adopted 5 year old 'son' online for sex and reportedly sexually abusing the child. The adopted 5 year old child is African Amercan. Pedophile, Frank M. Lombard had also adopted another African American male child. Frank M. Lombard, assistant director for Duke University’s Center for Health Policy was busted for attempting to sell 'his son' to a stranger online, promising him that he could “perform all sorts of sex acts on the child” because he had already done them himself. That stranger Lombard spoke to online just happened to be a D.C Task Force agent.
Upon raiding his home, the FBI found two other children also in his home. When Lombard was asked to explain how he adopted the child, he replied that it “was not so hard…especially for a black boy”.
He will only receive a maximum of 20 years in jail.
We’re sick to the stomach to even be posting something like this but word needs to get out. You can’t just let anyone adopt a child without doing a proper background check on them! Once the inmates find out why he’s there, we’re sure he’ll regret it.
